Jeffrey Garriock is a Toronto-based Natural History Cinematographer, specializing in Underwater work. His fascination with the ocean dates back to age 15 when he was lucky to scuba dive for the first time on the Great Barrier Reef. Jeff has worked making films for National Geographic, with not-for-profits like Photographers Without Borders, and in over 70 countries around the world. He has shot everywhere from inside the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant to the Antarctic peninsula. Increasingly attracted to conservation stories, Jeff hopes to shine a light on situations that need our attention – even those that may seem quite distant from our regular lives.
